David Levy

Title: President, Turner Broadcasting System
Years in Cable: 29
Education: Syracuse University

Congratulations are in order to Martin and Levy. Handpicked to replace longtime CEO Phil Kent, Martin takes on the responsibility of forwarding one of Time Warner’s largest and most important divisions. Alongside him is new Turner Broadcasting System president Levy, who now propels a majority of Turner’s domestic businesses. Both capped off 2013 on a high note, guiding Time Warner’s financials to a year with three quarters of increased income margins and revenue, a trend they’re wont to continue. Look for both execs to put a bolder personal stamp on Turner operations in the coming year, including the replacement for Stu Snyder, who recently departed as head of Turner’s kid magnet Cartoon Network.
