The overall legal strategy for NBCU’s swelling family of cable networks is the focus of veteran business and legal affairs maven Brenner, who serves as the primary legal counsel for distribution of NBCU’s content across platforms. Her regulatory counsel was indispensable during the Comcast merger and legal deals surrounding the distribution of the 2010 Vancouver Olympic Games, including the first full-scale authenticated viewer offerings. How does she keep it together? “My juggling skills. There are ever more balls in the air – but I made it to Kaitz and WICT and Back to School Night this year, and managed to celebrate my 23rd wedding anniversary all in the same week. Life is good.”
