In Gillman’s critical role, she heads up the ad sales force and leads the efforts to deliver advanced advertising, data and interactive solutions for advertisers and network partners. She has been on the cutting edge of new technology in media and advertising since she first joined the Internet industry in 1995. How does she tackle the age-old issue of balancing work and home? “Know what matters most to you, stop doing things that matter less and make the most of the time you dedicate to work, family and yourself,” she says.

What/who inspires you at work? What/who inspires you outside the office?

Outside of work, I am most inspired by the stories of the everyday people who overcome obstacles to beat cancer or become a Paralympic athlete, or break down barriers or lead meaningful innovation.

Best trick for maintaining the personal-professional life balance?

Your favorite trick for unwinding?

Laughing with my children, taking a walk, going for a swim or throwing a blowout party.
