As visionary leader of Univision’s expanding portfolio of cable networks, Rodriguez helped drive the launches of Univision Deportes (sports) and ForoTV (Spanish-language news). She was recently promoted to her current post, where she helps maximize Univision’s programming decision-making process across its many networks and platforms. No easy task considering the pace of Univision’s recent growth. To succeed in cable, she says, “you need to listen, be curious, be open to change, and I never underestimate a good old fashioned work ethic.”
