Her work has included the extensions of the “Top Chef” brand and the net’s first online subscription initiative, Top Chef University, a retail partnership with Bed, Bath & Beyond.com and a collaboration with ConAgra that lifted sales. She also plays an active role in NBCUniversal’s diversity council. Her secret? Being intellectually curious and fearless. “They have allowed me to seek out opportunities that stretched me beyond my immediate skill set and comfort zone and in so doing allowed me to grow,” she says.
