In just the last year, Mirgorod has closed multiplatform carriage deals with Mediacom, NCTC and Verizon. And she’ll have plenty more work to do as part of Turner’s negotiating team as a slew of renewals come due soon. Balancing it all with her family life means finding ways to maintain her energy level throughout the day. “Keys to this include exercising regularly and getting up and moving around throughout the day, eating healthy meals and snacks, and avoiding multitasking, which tends to be an energy drainer,” she says.
