A founding partner of itaas, Desai leads the company’s technology vision, strategy and project and product development, with a key focus on interactive technology services that generate revenue, like transactional TV and multiplatform applications. From a business perspective, he’s most proud of “helping our key customers to be first to market and get a fast mover advantage as they deploy new consumer services.” And, though it may not be the biggest story of the year, from an industry perspective Desai believes cable should be mighty proud of RDK deployment.
