Vines is accountable for the development, growth and profitability of a business unit with 1,700 employees and 500K customers in 17 parishes, including the metro areas of Baton Rouge, Lafayette and New Orleans. Prior to joining Cox, Vines served Time Warner Cable in Wisconsin as director of human resources. She began her professional telecom career with Time Warner Cable in Dublin, OH, where she held a succession of roles in increasing responsibility. She currently serves on Cox’s national Diversity Council.
