We are all meant to shine and as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.”)
Why Her? Vines knows how to get her hands dirty. With a career spanning jobs from receptionist to the C-Suite, she now supervises Cox’s second-largest region that includes thousands of miles, two time zones and six distinct markets. During her career, she has spearheaded at least three Cox multi-system mergers. At the end of a busy day, however, you will still find her chatting it up with employees, taking a pulse of the frontline. Vines, a former foster child, also frequently shares her motivational story.

The TV show title that most resembles my life is “Project Runway.” My three girls, who are 8, 10 and 11, are constantly competing to make the best fashion statement.

Favorite vacation spot? I love the beach, and I have promised to show my girls every color of the Ocean.
