Jacqueline Hernández
Hernández drives audience and revenue growth with Hispanic consumers across the company’s 21 cable TV networks, two broadcast networks, its digital properties, Universal Pictures and Universal theme parks. She also runs marketing and consumer research in addition to partnership development strategies. Hernández has decades of multimedia experience and is particularly knowledgeable about Spanish-language markets. Previously, she was COO of Telemundo Media, where she spearheaded the network’s rebrand, increased its domestic revenue and led integrated marketing. She believes mobile is the technology that will most benefit cable in the near term. “As Generation M—Millennial, Multicultural, Mobile—continues to grow, not only in number but in their interconnectivity, the mobile devices they engage on are core marketing, communications and connectivity extensions for them.”
The technology that will most benefit cable over the next year is…
Mobile devices. As Generation M – Millennial, Multicultural, Mobile – continues to grow, not only in number but in their interconnectivity with one another, the mobile devices they engage on are core marketing, communications and connectivity extensions for them.
My personal election campaign slogan would be…
The Leader for Generation M… Millennial, Multicultural, Mobile
Favorite charity organization you work with?
My favorite charity organization to work with is The T. Howard Foundation because it strives and succeeds in creating an amazing national pipeline of highly talented, young diverse college students that are interested in careers in media and entertainment industry. The organization not only helps identify them, but also has an incredible program and commitment to professional development.
