Veteran cable and telecom exec Boudreau has been at the nexus of Cox’s transformation to next-generation technical operations since she became corporate director of systems operation centers in 2009. Prior to her more recent role, she advanced up the ladder at Cox New England, where she led system operations and network surveillance, among other tasks. Boudreau is active in the cable community outside of Cox, and previously served the Board for WICT’s New England chapter.
