Known for his dynamic and engaging leadership style, Myers is flexible, embraces change, and is most comfortable when he is interacting with customers and peers who are active in the community. Myers is a member of Cox’s National Diversity Council, executive sponsor of the Virginia Diversity Council, a mentor in the Cox Communications mentoring program, and a member of the Market Leader Tiger team. Diversity, he says, “is reflected in our hiring, promotion and retention practices and in our vendor selection and programming.
