With Fore leading Comcast’s operations in Northern and Central California since September 2012, California has been named region of the year internally twice in the last three years. Fore is no stranger to this kind of transformation. When he ran Comcast’s East Bay Area region, he brought the technical operations team from a 99th ranking out of 106 systems to the top 15, in addition to launching cloud DVR in the area. He’s also responsible for bringing the X1 Talking Guide to California, doubling the speeds for two of the state’s Xfinity Internet tiers, creating the Internet Essentials Pilot Program for seniors and landing a new agreement between the Sacramento Kings, Golden 1 Center and Comcast. Fore champions diversity within the region he leads: Half of his senior leadership team is made up of women and minorities.
