OWN has climbed out of a rough patch with barely a scratch, largely because of this PR team that took every chance to turn a big event—Oprah’s interviews with Lance Armstrong and Lindsay Lohan, for example—into big publicity opportunities. And that’s not to mention all the press the network garners for shows ranging from “Iyanla: Fix My Life” to “Welcome to Sweetie Pie’s.”
