Overseeing ad sales strategy and revenue, Regis negotiates contracts that account for more than 60 percent of the networks’ annual ad sales revenue. A graduate of St. John’s University with a Bachelor’s degree in Mass Communications, Regis says his biggest professional accomplishment over the last year has been “working with the U.S. Travel Association, MasterCard and Travel Channel to launch a consumer facing campaign promoting ‘Project Time Off’” so that people can use more of their paid time off to enjoy family and friends.

What’s your biggest professional accomplishment in the past 12 months?

Working with the U.S. Travel Association, MasterCard and Travel Channel to launch a consumer facing campaign promoting “Project Time Off” – a U.S. Travel initiative which uses tourism and travel to encourage Americans to use more of their paid time off to spend enjoying family and friends.

Best business advice you’ve received?

Be yourself.

How do you define diversity?

Being able to not think about the word diversity is probably a pretty good indication that you are being open, honest and inclusive.
