Egan is a member of the Time Warner Cable team that received a Technical Engineering Emmy for VOD Dynamic Ad Insertion this year. She also helped launch the first IP-based ad insertion for iPads and Android-based devices, with TWC Media the first company to offer advertising on these connected gadgets. Success in the workplace for her comes from “creating an environment [in which] employees are constantly learning, collaborating and innovating.”
