Product development and strategy are right in Toner’s wheelhouse, as she oversees daily operations for Cablevision’s IP-delivered services. Toner has seen Cablevision through its share of technology innovations, having clocked 24 years with the company, and she has been key to developing and launching some of its most groundbreaking products and services. Toner says she inherited the “dreamer gene” from her father, who always reminded her “anything is possible.”
