Like a frozen mammoth discovered in an Arctic Norwegian settlement, this show just came out of nowhere and surprised everyone. Kudos to Pivot for taking a big chance on a strange, slow-moving and sometimes bleak study of the human condition as local politicians, police, eclectic townsfolk and interlopers all collide in completely original ways—revealing a dark underbelly that we fear exists in every tight-knit community.
