During the past year, Piper has played a key role in the expansion of TV One’s distribution via TV Everywhere. That’s just the tip of the iceberg for Piper, who going forward is focused on supporting the effort to distribute the company’s programming internationally and on a wider array of digital platforms. A veteran of the TV industry, she has also spent summers teaching commercial law to practicing attorneys in South Africa, an experience she describes as life-changing and rewarding. It is her belief that diverse teams “make better decisions and produce better results.”
