After nearly two decades in the cable industry, Nikoo has more than enough insight and expertise to share. Among other projects at Blonder Tongue, she has spearheaded the Business Technical Group charged with brainstorming and developing products in the cable commercial services sector. And Nikoo has a trick for managing the daily workload: “I look at my day, stay focused, stay flexible, do one thing at a time, and know I won’t be able to get everything done,” she says. “So I just keep an eye on the important things and I know the rest of it is still retrievable for another time.”

DirecTV Bringing Glance AI to Gemini Next Year
