Stone oversees the development and execution of consumer advertising, on and off-air creative, digital/social marketing and licensing to ensure consistency of both networks’ brands across all platforms. Which current programming best reflects the kind of women’s roles you like to see and why?

There are more and more women being showcased in powerful and authentic roles with shows such as “Homeland” and the new NBC show “This is Us.”  Bravo’s “Odd Mom Out” shows how one woman, Jill Kargman, can successfully carve her own unique path AND be crazy funny! And, we also recently launched the new docu-series “Strut” on Oxygen, which follows several transgender women who are trying to break down barriers and challenge the standard of beauty within the modeling industry.
