East continues to guide the communications strategy of TWC as the company works through the necessary approvals for its merger with Charter and Bright House Networks. She has created an executive mentoring program for women at TWC and actively participates in it. “Trust,” she says is the most important aspect of mentoring.

What/who inspires you at work? What/who inspires you outside the office?

I’m inspired by the boundless optimism of the TWC senior team at work; at home, I’m inspired by my children, who believe anything is possible.

Keep your priorities straight – I work to live, not the other way around.
