For instance, in 2016 Food Network more than doubled its distribution in Latin America through launches on NET, Cablevision, Telefonica and Millicom. Hauser’s team also produced and commissioned three new Food Network shows in Spanish and renewed three shows in Portuguese. Hauser defines diversity as the following: “Opening up your organization to allow for more voices to influence your product, your strategy, your message and almost every other aspect of your work.”
