Earley guides her charges by ensuring open communication and ownership at every level, a commitment that helped her segment beat the Washington broadcast market ad rev performance by 30+ points earlier this year. She recently brokered a partnership with Comcast that realigned territories in two Northern VA ad sales zones, allowing for county-wide executions of promotional campaigns that helped both MSO’s realize operational efficiencies. Earley mentors local students and is a member of the Board of Visitors at Howard University’s School of Communications.
