Since joining SCTE-ISBE in 2015, Liverpool has been implementing an IT infrastructure to support next-gen programs, including advanced educational methodologies and app-based technology tools and resources. Take the recent implementation of the association’s self-service BI platform allowing MSOs to have analytical capabilities relative to their employees training data. When it comes to mentorship, Liverpool prefers the hands-on approach. His strategy is to allow the mentee to shadow him. “In many cases because this was hands on, it allowed them to really experience in the moment, my message.”
