Porter oversees the day-to-day management of the Walter Kaitz Foundation, which includes funding cable industry diversity efforts and developing an industry-wide supplier diversity initiative. Porter has also served as the Director of Graduate Programs of the Howard University School of Business and as an assistant professor at the UCLA Anderson School and faculty director, as well as co-creator of the UCLA African American Leadership Institute.
