A leading creative force at BET, Orlando brings innovative ideas as both an executive, and executive producer of BET’s annual “Black Girls Rock Awards.” Under Orlando’s leadership, “The BET Awards” this year saw a ratings increase of 16 percent over last year, reaching 22 million viewers.
