Xfinity TV remains the Gold Standard for MSO sites, with the company focusing much effort in 2014 to bringing the same sort of next-generation experience its customers enjoy with Xfinity on their set tops to web browsers and mobile apps. The result is a bar-raising experience for all. In fact, customer satisfaction and user engagement is up 18% and 25% respectively, with churn down by a whopping 30%.
