Harris provides leadership, and strategic and tactical oversight for all engineering functions, including network engineering, construction, project management and budget administration for more than 600K customers. He directs all aspects of digital and analog network platforms, headends, hubs, infrastructure and deployment of all new technologies. A Time Warner Cable employee for 20 years, Harris began his career as an engineer for Warner Cable in 1989 in Dublin, OH.
