With customers including Comcast, DirecTV, Rovi and Samsung, the pace of innovation is speedy, and the solutions are varied. Good thing Martin still revels in the early stages of a new project “when the mashup of different technologies, business requirements and operational processes first come together into a solution,” she says. Who would she want to swap jobs with for a month? Operations. “I am usually on the designing and building side of the world, but I always learn so much when I spend time using the system,” she says.
