A leader at ESPN since 1985, Driessen has a seat at the table for every important decision at the network and has played a hand in its multimedia rights deals, a historic 20-year agreement with the SEC through 2034 to create and operate a multiplatform network, MLB and college football deals, and the strategy behind WatchESPN and mobile businesses. Her financial expertise has informed distribution deals with MVPDs as well. She also helped introduce the Impact 25 Awards, an espnW recognition of athletes and influencers who’ve made a difference in sports. She’s passionate about mentoring young women at ESPN is a member of the company’s board of directors.
