That recent 20-year agreement ESPN signed with the Southeastern Conference for a new multiplatform network? That’s just the latest move in a 29-year career driving business strategy and growth at ESPN for the extremely adept Driessen. She provides financial counsel during every rights negotiation, every affiliate negotiation and at every turn. To boot, Driessen recently was appointed by Disney chief Bob Iger to sit on the corporation’s diversity council representing ESPN. “My vision of success is knowing that you have made a positive impact on your business or a fellow employee every day,” she says.
