AMC Networks is behind some of the buzziest shows on television, and Bragan is a key reason messaging about AMCN’s content and the company itself resonates so strongly among influential audiences. As well as her role guiding marketing and communications, Bragan champions AMCN’s support of diversity via a variety of initiatives. Among them, during Black History Month in February AMC Nets ran PSA spots featuring members of the Congressional Black Caucus, and AMCN participated in the Congressional Legislative Conference, addressing civil and social justice issues. Diversity “is not just differences in race, gender or sexual orientation, but is acceptance, respect and understanding of what makes us different,” Bragan says.
