Sanagustin leads the team of creative executives who develop scripted drama and comedy series – “Alphas,” “Defiance,” “Eureka” and “Warehouse 13” – for Universal Cable Productions, which are then sold primarily to Syfy. Her series all feature diverse regular cast members, directors, and writer/producers behind the scenes. Her advice for young people trying to break into the cable industry is to “Be willing to work – really work.”
