Dave Howe
Title: President, Syfy and Chiller
Years in Cable: 13
Education: Reading University

Chris McCumber
Title: President, USA Network
Education: BA, Government & Law, Lafayette College

In an industry facing challenges at all levels, McCumber’s skill as a strategic leader helped lead USA to record-breaking success in 2014. Under his stewardship, USA just closed out its most profitable year, netting more than $1 billion in profit for parent NBCU. Among other recent highlights, McCumber and NBCU Cable Entertainment Board Chair Bonnie Hammer negotiated the renewal of a multi-year strategic partnership for WWE’s flagship programming and ratings juggernauts “Monday Night Raw” and “Smackdown.” Under Howe’s leadership, TV and pop culture were once again attacked by fan favorite “Sharknado 2,” whose campaign was a delicate balance of marketing and social media that met with record-setting results. Howe’s upcoming projects include a bevy of fare by A-list producers including the highly anticipated “Krypton” with David Goyer, “Hunters” with Gale Anne Hurd, “Incorporated” with Matt Damon and Ben Affleck, and “3001: The Final Odyssey” (produced with Ridley Scott). In more ways than one, Howe has stepped up in a big way over the last year.
