Charter set out to leverage Small Business Week with a promotion that would leverage social media and give small businesses a chance to win a technology package upgrade. It succeeded in droves as the campaign generated 1,491 leads—a 52% increase over the 18 months prior—and contracts signed showed 8% lift over projections and 13% lift on MRR signed for all channels. Meanwhile, web lead conversions increased by 31% vs landing page prior to campaign launch. And conversions increased 63% vs projection (26% to 43%).
