Growing up on a farm and working alongside two brothers meant Strong always believed she could do anything she set her mind to. Apparently, she’s set her mind to quite a bit lately. In addition to directing plant maintenance at Time Warner Cable, Strong sits on the board of WICT’s Texas Chapter, and she’s treasurer of SCTE’s Texas Gulf Coast Chapter. “Encourage, build up, and support those around you,” she says. “You will be stronger for it.”
