Field joined Charter in January, leading Charter’s Video, Service Delivery, Portal/Email, Security and Data Center functions. She’s racked up 25 years of experience in the industry, including 11 years at Comcast and 18 at AT&T, where she created the first true cable national-network operations center. A former Women in Technology Award winner, she played an integral role in bringing Comcast into the consumer phone business. Field has always made family a top priority. When her kids were young, she would have them fax their homework to her when she was on the road.
