In September, as part of an $8 million network upgrade, Time Warner Cable introduced “ultra-fast” Internet speeds across South Carolina for residential and business class customers. The next-generation wideband Internet service offers download speeds of up to 50 Mbps with upload speeds of up to 5 Mbps. Standing beside the innovation is Keys, the state’s area VP of operations. “We must ensure that our service delivery platform works correctly the first time, and anticipate and successfully meet customer expectations around product feature functionality,” she says.
