As head of one of cable’s top industry orgs, Beales’ influence is wide-reaching. The Cable Mover Program, MOD campaign, cable’s portion of TCA and CTAM U fall under her purview. She’s most proud of her efforts in creating the latter, a one-week executive education program at the Harvard Business School. “[It] has delivered a world class management development experience for more than 800 high-potential cable and media executives.” Now in its 15th year, CTAM U is a super-charged opportunity for strategic thinking, inspiration and uber-networking.
