Innovation is a constant at CTAM, thanks in large part to Beales. She oversees the cooperative Movies on Demand campaign, which three years in is still going strong. Additionally, she’s responsible for the CableMover program, which in 2011 brought in 1.8 million leads to CTAM’s member cable companies. Says Beales, “I remain energized by the excitement of the communications revolution, particularly with regards to how cable is changing society with its advances in broadband and television.”
