Years in Cable: 12+
Education: BA, Harvard; MBA, Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania

Evan Shapiro
Title: EVP, Digital Enterprises

Both executives are relatively recent hires at NBCU. Conde came aboard in 2013 to focus on business development, strategic priorities and special business projects, a perfect fit since he’s credited with transforming Univision into a leading global, multi-platform media brand. Former Pivot exec Shapiro was hired by NBCU in late 2014 to lead the company-wide strategic development of digital opportunities to reach emerging audiences. First up could be a subscription-based video service focusing on comedy. Shapiro stays active in other facets of the business as an Adjunct Professor at NYU’s Stern School of Business, where he teaches TV Management. He’s also chairman of the Ghetto Film School, the nation’s first public high school for film.
