Terry knows how important the engineering field is for women in cable. Be clear in what one wants as an individual and be conscious that everyone has the gift of choice. Equilibrium occurs when we fill our lives with the things that bring us joy – whether they are career, family, friends (or a combination). If one is fulfilled and happy, balance exists.

 

Your favorite trick for unwinding?

Laughing and not taking life so seriously. Conditions constantly change. A 30 to 40 mile ride on my bike.
