Having joined Bright House in 2006, Johnson evaluates policy implications associated with the company’s technological infrastructure, service delivery and long term strategy. She also works to establish and drive regulatory strategies for the company’s video, voice and data services. Prior to taking this role, Johnson served as acting VP for CLEC Operations for Bright House Networks Information Services (BHNIS). A graduate of Goizuetta Business School at Emory University and Georgia State University Law School, she serves as a mentor for Bright House Networks Women’s Leadership Circle.
