Best Advice: Do not take no for an answer; there is always a work-around.

Teamwork and persistence are trademarks of Entertainment Studios’ Allen and Arouh. Not only is Allen’s bold vision for the networks reflected in their programming slates, it also fueled sales and marketing efforts that led to significant carriage deals for all six of ESN’s high-definition nets. In 2013 Arouh focused on building ESN’s distribution momentum by securing affiliate distribution agreements and multiyear affiliation agreements. She was the co-architect of Entertainment Studios’ SVOD YouTube Paid Channels, which she also oversees.
