With Allen at the helm, there’s no such thing as a lackluster year at Entertainment Studios. This month Allen is slated to launch his first game show, “Funny You Should Ask,” with broadcast syndication cleared in 95% of US markets and on ESN’s Comedy.tv network. What else is new? Comedy.tv and JusticeCentral.tv launched on DirecTV Now, and Allen reached an agreement with DISH for distribution of his JusticeCentral.tv on the service. Allen is a tireless voice for diversity. There’s been reason to celebrate on the legal front as well. A federal district court judge has allowed ESN’s $10 billion suit brought against Charter for racial discrimination to move forward.
