Comcast brought in Burrell Communications to create CelebrateBlackTV.com as a way to better connect with African-American customers and tout Xfinity content relevant to them. In its first year, the consumer response to CelebrateBlackTV.com attracted more than 1.9 million visitors, 190% of the original goal.
