It’s a role that he says takes “smart, hardworking people who know how to get things done.” He’s done a lot himself since coming aboard in 2001, before the company nearly tripled its operations. Regulatory and local legislative initiatives, grassroots communications and political strategy are a few areas he has influenced. He also plays a crucial role in advancing digital literacy, helping low-income families receive discounted Internet through Comcast’s Internet Essentials program.
