It’s hard not to honor the team whose day-to-day involves dealing with the “Real Housewives.” But we digress. In truth, the Bravo and Oxygen team led by SVP Jennifer Geisser consistently gets the job done no matter what the obstacles or odds—and they manage to have a good time doing it. Since both teams joined up in Feb 2014, this combined force has managed PR strategy and outreach on more than 540 hours of original programming on Bravo and 185 hours on Oxygen. In 2014, the team successfully launched an impressive 28 returning series and 26 new series to substantial press results for both networks. The launch of Bravo’s first scripted series “Girlfriends’ Guide to Divorce” is a perfect example of how this team worked together to build buzz and coordinate everything from media impressions to event marketing and beyond. For Oxygen, successes included significant coverage in The New York Times for “Preachers of L.A” Oxygen’s and “Sisterhood of Hip Hop,” as well as continued record-breaking ratings success stories.
