Bonnie Hammer
Title: Chairman, NBCUniversal Cable Entertainment
Years in Cable: 28
Education: BA, Science, Boston University; MA, Boston University

Ebay has discovered what everyone else has known for quite some time: Hammer’s  worth bidding on. In January, the online trading post announced that Hammer was joining its board of directors. Hammer also joined the board of Barry Diller’s e-commerce company IAC. But she’s most at home overseeing NBCU’s Cable Entertainment Group, where she continues to work her magic evolving networks including Bravo, E!, Esquire, USA, Syfy, Oxygen and newest family member Sprout. Hammer’s portfolio continues to contribute strongly to NBCU’s bottom line, and her keen sense of industry and consumer trends remains invaluable to the company. She no doubt had a strong say in NBCU Cable’s recent change to Live+3 metrics, and let’s not forget that she remains Cablefax’s Most Powerful Woman in Cable.
